Error: 1106 appears when trying to view streaming services on my TV

    This error may appear when playing videos from an app or when Refresh Internet Content is performed.

    Follow these instructions to resolve the issue:

    1. On the supplied TV remote, press the HOME button.
    2. Select Help.
    3. Select Customer Support.
    4. Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms.
    5. Then press the Enter button.
