Can't Watch Netflix 4K Content on My TV

    Check the following to view Netflix® 4K content:

    • Make sure that your TV supports 4K/60p signal. For model-specific information, check your manual.
    • If you have a 2015 4K TV or newer
      • Set the HDMI Signal Format of your TV to Enhanced Format.
