Sometimes my TV doesn't respond when I say "OK Google"

    Changing the TV position setting may improve this condition.

    • Check the TV position setting.
      1. Go to the TV Settings screen. This step may vary, follow the steps according to the TV menu options:
        • Press the gear icon Quick setting button, then select gear icon Settings. (For models released in 2019 or later)
        • Press the HOME button, then select gear icon Settings. (Other models)
      2. This step will vary depending on your model. Follow the steps according to the TV menu options:
        • Select Display & Sound → Sound.
        • Select Sound.
      3. Select TV position.
      4. Select Table-Top Stand or Wall Mount, depending on your TV position.
    • Say "OK Google" clearly and louder than the TV sound.

    Note: If the room is too noisy, move closer to your TV or use the MIC button on the TV remote control.
