My Android TV Doesn't Connect to a Wireless Network

    Check if your Android TV™ device connects to the wireless network after each step:

    1. Connect other devices to the same wireless router.

    2. Restart your TV.
    3. Perform a factory data reset.
    4. Check how your TV and router are set up.

    If you continue to experience network connection issues after you follow all of the steps above, another option is to use a wired (cable) connection from your TV to your router or modem.
