Perform a Network Diagnosis
The steps to perform a network diagnosis differ depending on your TV model.
For models released in 2015 and later
- On the remote control, press the HOME button.
- Under Settings, select System Settings.
- Under Set-up, select Network.
- Select Network setup.
- Select View Network Status.
- Select Check connection.
- Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a few minutes.
For models released in 2014
- On the remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select the icon
(Help).
- Select Internet Customer Support.
- Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms.
- Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a few minutes.
For models released in 2013
- On the remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Setup.
- Select View Network settings and status or View Network Status.
- Select Check Connection.
- Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a few minutes.
Which connection result is displaying?

All wired connection diagnosis results are displayed as failed. (Failed/Failed/Failed)

Both local and internet access fail when using a wired connection. (OK/Failed/Failed)

The TV is connected to the local network but not to the internet. (OK/OK/Failed)

The TV cannot access internet streaming content even if it is connected to the internet
