Can I purchase the earbuds (headphones) or the charging case separately?

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

How to replace an earbud, or charging case, will depend on your model. For more information, refer to the section for your model earbuds.

Note: The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or damaged items.

If you lose or damage the earbuds, or the charging case, replacements are available for purchase. Go to Parts and Accessories

After you receive the replacement, perform a standard initialization. Follow these general instructions or for more detailed instructions, refer to the Help guide.

    1. Place the earbuds in the charging case.
    2. Hold your fingers on the touch sensors of both earbuds until the red indicator flashes on the charging case. This may take about 10 seconds.
    3. Release your fingers from the touch sensors within five seconds of the indicator flashing.

Note: The indicator on the charging case will flash in green four times when the initialization is complete.

The two sides of the headphones and the charging case are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other. These settings can only be configured at an Authorized Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part.

If you lose the charging case or one of the earbuds, send the remaining items to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be reset with the remaining components. Go to Product Repair.
