i bought these for the gym as it is extremely loud and distracting. The sound cancelling button doesnt necessarily completely silence it but it 90% does, making my experience so much more focused and efficient. the music quality and bluetooth connection is great and they stay put even though i have quite a small head!

Was bought because I am slightly deaf and need a headset with clear tone at high setting without distortion and these are perfect for job

ANC excellent, vocal feature at the touch of a button very convenient... Sound quality is something that has to be experienced, great work guys

I heard great things about Sony headphones so I decided to get this. It was supposed to have better base which is nice. Although I must say I was a little bit disappointed with the noise-cancelling feature. I was expecting it to completely noise-canceling but I can still hear my surrounding especially when I am on the train.

I haven't bought an 'expensive' pair before and felt for my usage the Sony XM5's were overkill and more than I was comfortable spending so opted for these. Really happy with my purchase. I haven't had noise cancelling headphones before and they seem surreal when you first put them on. Bass is definitely strong but suits my listening style.

Had these for only a few days and they are excellent compared to any of my other headphones. Definitely get what you pay for with Sony

Was a bit dubious about buying Sony until I saw reviews. Some manufacturer names seemed overpriced, tried them at various retailers anyway. Comfort on a lot of models simply wasn't there. Sony were comfortable straight away. Purchased a week ago and used on various music styles including rock, bright vocals and instrumentals. Delighted with the purchase.

I have brought it this month and not being great with technology in general yet l found this easy to set up and use with ease and the sound quality has blown me away, i feel like im in a club its great.

I brought these headphones specifically for my aeroplane flight to block out the loud engine noises and anything else annoying. They blocked out almost everything using the button to switch between modes. I could hear important announcements at a touch of a button. The sound was good when playing music. Considering the price I was hesitant at first but I would recommend. There are plenty of very expensive headphones out there and obviously cheaper too but for me this was in my budget. For my purposes I would recommend.

I bought this about 2 months ago, and it’s been nothing but great! The battery is the main thing for me; on a typical school week it only drains 20%, meaning that I don’t have to worry about its charge at all really. Another great thing is the noise cancelling. It allows me to zone out of the loud social area and focus on my work when I need to. Overall a great product and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good noise cancelling wireless headphones!

I have purchased other headsets to watch tv. But I never knew paying a few extra dollars would have such benefits. I love the noise reduction, I know longer hear all the noise outside, or my neighbors. The sound is excellent. They fit very well and comfortable. I am super happy with my purchase.Very easy to connect with my Sony transmitter and Bravia tv.

I have been using the earphone for a few weeks now. Great bass notes but on some songs, it could not cope, thus, it sounds muddy. I will prefer a more balance kind of sound. This is preventing the headphone on getting 5 stars. I have not charged the battery since the first charge. Average usage is 2-3 hours a day.

I'll be honest, I loved these headphones when I first received them The bass was not as intense as described but I looked past that because these headphones SEEMED great. Less than two years of having these headphones, and taking care of them, one side is no longer processing sound. I've done everything to troubleshoot but it seems like they're done. Sony's warranty is only 1 year so I can't even get them fixed. I can now see why the warranty is only 1 year because if they extended it to 2 or 3 years (which is what it should be) then they would be replacing/fixing a lot of their own products. Headphones are an investment, they are not cheap, so if you're shopping around I would skip these. You're better off elsewhere unless you want to be purchasing headphones again less than two years later. I would not recommend.

I bought these headphones to listen to TV whilst my wife listened to her audiobook. The noise cancellation works just fine. The main plus was that the bluetooth connection with our new LG TV was perfect - no audio delay, and the headphones connect immediately when switched on.

I needed new headphones but I wanted quality sound and these were a great choice. They are super comfortable and the feature of noice cancelling made them great to use when the environment is busy. There is a lot of bass which is great for all music style. They are nicely foldable and fit perfectly in their case which they come in. There is a charger and a headphones jack cable in case your battery runs out or you just prefer using it likely that. They feel very durable and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you want amazing quality sound and headphones for not a very high price.

Awesome headphones for the gym , noise cancelling it brilliant

this is my 2nd time I own Sony Headphone (previously : WH-H910N). I love the sound quality, better noise cancellation features and long lasting battery performance. But, I hate it to use it when I'm running. it's not comfortable at all and there is a weird ticking sound.

Still on my first charge and several hours in the battery still has 75% remaining. Excellent for keeping charge then! The headphones are extremely comfortable, with the ear cushions secure around the ears without any pressure. The headband is also comfortable on the head, which is good as the headphones are not the lightest I've encountered. In terms of sound quality, I am a bass lover so this is the main reason I was drawn to these headphones. The bass is quite significant on these, as one would expect, and it can be varied in the app on a separate dial, just beneath the normal graphic equaliser (which itself also controls bass in part). If I'm honest, the bass is sufficient for me, although I tend to have it permanently on max so there are odd occasions when listening to particularly bassy tracks, when I could use one or two more clicks of bass. That's not to say it doesn't outperform all other headphones I've tried in terms of bass - it does - I think it's almost addictive on these headphones though, and I find myself sometimes wanting more! Certainly the headphones can accommodate these higher bass levels, with no noticeable speaker vibration, even at higher volumes. Overall sound quality is very good, not being compromised, at least in my opinion, by the extra bass. The sound feels full and balanced and even without the new 3D experience offered by some music streaming services, the sound feels extremely immersive - as said, addictive at times! The app is fantastic - allows easy access to all functions (noise cancellation etc) and the graphic equaliser, and extra bass control. I would highly recommend these headphones, not just for bass lovers (as said, the bass is changeable according to the listener's preferences, along with a good graphic equaliser) but for anyone seeking high quality listening and an immersive sound experience.

Be aware that the charging plug - in BLACK does NOT come with headphones - I purchased it from Sony in September 2020. I have an android phone and the ONLY way you can charge the headphones is by the WHITE Samsung charging plug, the BLACK charging plug does NOT work !! The USB charging cable is also too short. Really comfy headphones with a great battery life, most days, after @ 14 hours on, I have @ 80% power left! The ANC is fantastic as is the connectivity. No problems so far. Really happy with them.

Got it last year and haven’t stopped using it sense, such a good product and has so many good ways for its use. It is genuinely so good for music users 24/7 as i do and even just when i’m watching tv/movies going around the course or on long trips to go.

I waited four months to buy these and it was so so worth it i’m so excited to use them loads at school and the gym

I bought this headphone to replace an on the ear Akg wireless headphone. The differences are noticeable. The comfort and sound quality are the best I experienced. However, I am no audio expert. I was deliberating between buying this or the WH-CH72ON. I made the right choice. It comes in protective soft shell case. Nice purchase

I got this as a graduation gift and compared it with more than 10 different headphones (High-end to affordable) of varied brands and it was the best model considering the price and sound experience. Noise-cancelling is perfect, multi-pairing is beautiful, and sound persnalisation is decent. I guarantee you would never find a product like this in this price range. Furthermore, the weight is fine for long-time usage, and the cushion is sooooo soft to comfort your ear. Overall, I am really happy to get this product for my graduation gift :)

Love the way they fold and fit into pouch - fantastic design. Sound quality is excellent and comfortable to wear. The second press on a the power button lets you know how much battery is left - I love this feature. The ambient sound button/noise cancelling button needs a gentle touch as sometimes it sticks a bit.

Absolutely delighted with these headphones. Comfortable fit & excellent sound quality.

It is great but it is not glasses friendly which for me is kinda a problem, as my glasses would not sit properly on my nose after putting on the headphones. Also the touch sensitive surface is not a good idea as in gym you might accidentally touch it while doing a shoulder press

I purchased mine a few months ago, great sound n/c is good, my only drawback would be the touch pad on the right ear is a bit fiddly, much prefer buttons as more precise.

Sony product will never disappoint. It is what it is.

Bought these a few weeks ago, they are well worth the money. Great sound, features and build quality. Noise cancelling is great too for the gym.

Best headphones I have ever used extra bass was wort getting

I have had my headphones from December last year (2022). I completely have no problem with them. Very nice output, clear calls, long lasting battery.

Been using it for a month+ and i must say that it blows me away for Sony Headsets. Yes don't expect as high quality as M series. I have compared many headset in terms of comfort level. So far the best is still Sony. (Mid Range standard) Comfortability: 5/5 (Great!) Sound Quality: 4/5 (good enough for me) Body Material: 4/5 (very plastic feel) Noise Cancelling: 3/5 (still can hear outside noise but minimal) Bass: Very Basssy (But can tune up/down or even off)

I bought these for my Daughter for Christmas. She loved them so much I bought my Son them for his birthday. Battery life is great and they blocked out noise on long haul flights. The extra bass sound is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

So much more convenient to have wireless headphones and the ANC is very effective.

Purchased a few weeks ago had time to use very happy with purchase noise reduction 👍 tops and got for xtra bass feature link straight up to sony fone no problems would have loved WH-1000XM5 but these was quarter of price had to go with these and as mentioned happy with very comfy on ears also

I got this about 2 weeks ago. I am overall happy with the item, however I would suggest go for the more recent versions. Particularly because when you are out in the road, the noise cancelling is not so good. The device picks up too muck of non existent wind noise. Also the hands free call quality while in the road was not great.
