Yet again another fine product from Sony. Very happy to add this to my A7rii and a6300. Bought this specifically to push myself into more film making and I’m glad I did. This camera is a full featured film camera that delivers excellent quality. If you are thinking about it go ahead and pick this one up, especially at this price point.

I needed quality video for my sports images and Collector Car videos. The FX30 and aspc lenses provides the perfect size camera for travel and delivers excellent imaging!

Most happy with the RX30. I put it to use right away shooting a documentary film.

The FX30 is a great entry (or re-entry) into Sony's cinema line for filmmakers. It's a great run-and-gun option with professional features and professional quality.

Hey i love the camera and all, but the dual iso seems abit off, when previous used blackmagic 6k i could see the noise after changing the high iso and the noise disappeared but with this its almost the same tho. But overall its a super convenient camera!

I love the video centric buttons on the camera and the colors of the image coming out is very nice. It would have been nice to have the higher base ISO for Cine EI higher than 2500. I have been looking for Cinema camera that is not too expensive since I just a hobbyist. I must say that I am very satisfied with this camera.

I Preordered the fx30 in early October and received it in end october. The interface took a while to get used to as I migrated from the Nikon system. Have not tried editing the footage in fcpx but so far the hdmi output works with the audio from the handle. However the noise levels at iso 3200 onwards can be improved.

I’ve added this FX30 to my A7iv and A7Siii and now have the perfect setup for multi camera interviews. Early testing when using this as a run-and-gun camera are showing excellent results - as good as I could have hoped. I love the integrated audio handle and was pleasantly surprised by the weight and balance. I’m used the adding metal cages and handles to my other cameras, which are very solid, but weighty. The FX30 with handle is significantly lighter and so much more usable for extended off tripod shoots.

Hi I love the new Sony FX 30 cinema camera. It fits in well but what I do I have shot over 15,000 music videos and some documentaries and short films and I always wanted a camera like this just for cinema.
