We also aim to contribute to various fields where deodorant, antibacterial and antiviral properties are required.

Triporous fiber, consisting of the fiber containing Triporous made from rice husk which is excess biomass, will contribute to a more environmentally conscious and recycling-oriented society.

Deodorant property

Triporous can deodorize ammonia, acetic acid and isovaleric acid, the major sweat odor components. The micropores of the Triporous quickly adsorb these odor molecules.

Antibacterial activity

Triporous has been confirmed to have an antibacterial effect against Moraxella osloensis, which cause the half-dry odor and Staphylococcus aureus. The large macropores of the Triporous inhibit the growth of these bacteria on the fiber surface.

Antiviral activity

Triporous fiber indicates antiviral activity for some enveloped viruses. Large pore of Triporous absorbs droplet and decrease virus concentration on the surface of fiber.
