1) Sweepstakes Period: The Sony Survey Sweepstakes 2025 (the “Sweepstakes” ) begins February 12, 2025 at 6:00 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends March 31, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. PT("Sweepstakes Period").

2) Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, and are physically located and residing therein. If an Entrant (the "Entrant") is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems them to be a minor, even if they are 18 years of age or older, they must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering the Sweepstakes or submitting any personally identifiable information to Sponsor. Employees of Sony Corporation of America (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the "Administrator"), their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

3) How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

First Prize (1): PlayStation®5 Pro Console Model: CFI-7021 (ARV: $699.99) Second Prize (2): WF-1000XM5 The Best Truly Wireless Noise Canceling Earbuds | Black Model: WF-1000XM5 (ARV: $299.99 each) (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). Total ARV of all Prizes: $2,899.96. All applicable federal, state or other tax liabilities (including, but not limited to, income taxes) arising from winning a Prize is the sole responsibility of each Prize winner. Grand and First Prize winners be issued an IRS 1099 form for the value of their prizes. All expenses not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any required installation, requested upgrades/options, subscriptions) are excluded and are the Prize winner’s sole responsibility. The Prizes do not include any warranty unless specifically stated otherwise. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes. Limit one (1) Prize per person. The ARV of any Prize listed above is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a Prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the Prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Any depiction of the Prize, in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. No substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prizes will only be mailed/shipped/delivered to persons residing in the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes, or Prizes damaged during transit.

5) Random Drawing/Winner Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 11, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Subject to below procedures, all potential winners will be notified by e-mail on or about April 18, 2025.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. The potential Grand and First Prize winners will be required to sign and return, via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Waiver/Publicity Release, where legal, and an Assignment of Rights (as applicable), within five (5) business days of notification attempt or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential Second Prize winners will be required to execute and return an address/eligibility verification form via e-mail within five (5) business days of notification attempt, or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the time noted above, if they are found to be ineligible, if they cannot or do not comply with these Official Rules, or if their documents are undeliverable for any reason, such potential prize winner may be disqualified, and, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner for the applicable Prize may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries. Prizes will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks of winner confirmation to the mailing address provided to Sponsor or Administrator at the time of winner verification. By accepting a Prize, the applicable prize winner attests to the provisions stated herein including the accuracy of their personal information and compliance with these Official Rules. If you are selected as a winner, you hereby consent to have your name and information included in a publicly-available winners’ list.

6) General Conditions; Publicity; Limitations of Liability; Releases & Disclaimers: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and the Sponsor. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the Prizes. The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for mis-transcribed or faulty telephone communication for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human or other error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. An “authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued by the Internet Access provider, or online service provider. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or they may forfeit the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers, attempts to tamper, or otherwise undermine with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, if it is not capable of running as planned or impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, and if Sponsor desires, to award the applicable prizes from all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Automated Entries are prohibited and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the Prize winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, and any losses/injuries of any kind, including personal property, injury and/or death, resulting or arising, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use or inability to use a Prize; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of any Sweepstakes Entry information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by this Sweepstakes or any Entrant; interruption or inability to access this Sweepstakes, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to Entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer or mobile device and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed, mistranscribed, illegible or postage due AMOE Entries, data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities.

The Sponsor and Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or by use or redemption of any Prize or by any related activities.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR ANY RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED HEREUNDER. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

The failure of the Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, or actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

7) Applicable Laws; Jurisdiction; Disputes: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes shall be construed and governed according to the laws of the U.S. and the State of New York. Any dispute, controversy, cause of action or claim arising out of, connected with, or relating to (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of the Prizes and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation (each a “Claim”) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. Except where prohibited, participants and Entrants agree that any Claim will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrant further agrees that any Claim/judgment/award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and, under no circumstances will an Entrant be entitled to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Should any term of this Section be deemed void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this Section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT.

8) Privacy: Any personal identifiable information collected during participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and/or Administrator and used by Sponsor and/or Administrator and their respective agents only for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9) Winners List: For the list of winners (“Winners List”), available for ninety (90) days after March 31, 2025, send an email to: Winners@dja.com with “Sony Survey Sweepstakes 2025” as the subject line. Winners List will be sent after all Prizes have been awarded.
