A perfect sub for my application, 1cu sealed enclosure powered by a 720w Alpine amp. The only reason its not 5 star is the cheap plastic trim ring that i didnt use but I would have liked a rubber trim ring to cover the screw's like my Kenwood's had. And the woofer material will be hard to wipe clean, it grabs lint.

I've been an audiofile for 25 years. *For the money* this is by far the best econmical sub I've ever seen and I've had a lot. One 12" dvc on an oldskool JL slash amp blows my mind. Not ground shattering but clean, responsive, precise bass in a good sealed box hangs perfect with my amplified components. Never thought I'd own a Sony sub but I have to give kudos where they're due.
