The remote control is not working.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot if the remote control is not working.
- Ensure fresh batteries are being used.
- Ensure the batteries have been installed correctly.
- Ensure the remote control is mounted properly.
- If the issue is not resolved, perform a power reset on the car stereo system.
IMPORTANT: The remote control should be mounted in a location that will not inhibit the Infrared (IR) signal from reaching the IR receptor of the target.
