No sound from the built-in speakers.

If there is no sound from the built-in speakers, follow the procedure below to resolve the issue.

1. Click the Start button and then click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, click Hardware and Sound.
3. In the Hardware and Sound window, click Sound.
4. In the Sound window, on the Playback tab, click to select Speakers / Headphones and then click the Set as Default button.
5. Click the OK button.
