The Software Update on the Google TV Device Fails

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. On the keypad remote control, simultaneously press the CTRL+ALT+Delete/Back Space buttons.

  2. If the Google TV™ device didn't reset after you tried the step above, perform a power reset on your device.

  3. Connect your TV to the internet.

    Note: Refer to your TV's manual for more details. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

The troubleshooting steps listed above should resolve your issue. If the issue still occurs, repair may be required.
