Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
- Reboot the device.
- Re-enter the zip code.
NOTE: The zip code might be entered incorrectly or a momentary network interruption has occurred.
- Make sure that an active internet connection has been properly established using a wired or wireless connection.
- Ensure that the Internet speed meets the recommended specification of 2.5Mb for standard definition (SD) content and 10Mb for high definition (HD) content.
NOTE: List of providers in a certain zip code is gathered using the Internet feature of the Internet TV device.
