What is the EVERNOTE® service?

Evernote is an easy-to-use, free app that helps you remember everything across all of the devices you use. Stay organized, save your ideas and improve productivity. Evernote lets you take notes, capture photos, create to-do-lists, record voice reminders and makes these notes completely searchable, whether you are at home, at work or on the go.

Why is my content is not showing up on my Evernote account on my PC or Phone, when I sync my Reader™ device?

In order to see content synced from your Reader, you may have to sync both devices. For example, if you upload a passage from your Reader and press sync now, nothing will appear on my desktop Evernote account until you press Sync now on the desktop. We also recommend going to Evernote setup on your Reader and checking Sync automatically. This will eliminate the need to manually sync your Reader each time.

Why is the entire highlighted note not uploaded to Evernote?

You will see this happen on certain books when you have exceeded the 140 character upload limitation. Publishers place a 140 character upload limit on books which contain Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology. Books which do not DRM technology, do not have a character upload limitation.

Items downloaded from EVERNOTE do not display correctly.

Notes created by Evernote Clearly™ and mainly text based notes are best viewed on the portable reader. However, some notes may not be displayed correctly on the portable reader if the note went through EPUB conversion.

Also, the portable reader should be able to display an EVERNOTE picture note with a size of no larger than 1,200 x 1,600 pixels (width x height) correctly.
