How to reinstall the touchpad drivers.

IMPORTANT: If prompted to insert the manufacturer's driver disc, direct the operating system to look in the appropriate folder on the Driver Recovery CD or in the C:\Drivers folder.

1. Insert the Driver Recovery CD into the CD/DVD drive.
2. On the keyboard, press the Windows key.
3. Press the P key until All Programs is selected and then press the RIGHT ARROW key once.
4. Press the DOWN ARROW key until Accessories is selected and then press the RIGHT ARROW key.
5. Press the DOWN ARROW key until Windows Explorer is selected and then press the ENTER key.
6. In the Folders pane, press the DOWN ARROW until My Computer is selected.
7. Press the RIGHT ARROW key to open My Computer.
8. Press the DOWN ARROW key until the CD drive is selected.
9. Press the TAB key once.
10. Press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW keys until the Drivers folder is selected and then press the ENTER key.
11. In the Windows Explorer window, in the right pane, press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW keys until the Touchpad folder is selected and then press the ENTER key.
12. Press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW keys until the APOINT.EXE icon is selected and then press the ENTER key.
13. Follow the on-screen instructions.
14. Restart the computer.
