Super Bit Mapping (SBM) is a function of the Blu-ray Disc® player that smoothens the gradation of video signals output which results to superior color gradation quality of the video.
NOTE: Not all Blu-ray Disc players have the SBM function. To see if your Blu-ray Disc player has the SBM function, check the specifications or supplied operations guide. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
