This error may occur when the network speed is slow or if you lose internet connection.
Check the following to resolve this error:
- For wireless connection, check for nearby devices, such as a microwave oven or devices using a wireless frequency similar to a wireless router.
- If the error still occurs after you turn off the wireless device, check the following:
- To avoid wireless interference, connect your TV to the router with a LAN cable.
- Make sure your TV has the latest software installed. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
