The images won't display on my mobile device when I turn on my camera using Imaging Edge Mobile

    If you turn on your camera with the Camera Power ON/OFF function of the Imaging Edge Mobile app (previously PlayMemories Mobile™), the images won't be displayed to your mobile device because it uses the Bluetooth® connection. To transfer images or to make camera setting changes using your mobile device, you'll need a Wi-Fi® connection.

    Check the Wi-Fi settings of your mobile device and make sure it's connected to your camera. For specific information, check your mobile device manual.
