The Blu-ray Disc Player reboots or freezes when a CD-DA disc is played back.

    The Blu-ray Disc® Player may reboot or freeze when a CD-DA disc is played back if the playback history of the CD-DA disc is corrupted. To resolve this, perform a factory reset by following the steps below.

    1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select Setup.
    3. Select Resetting.
    4. Select Reset to Factory Default Settings.
    5. Select All Settings.
