The Digital Paper System cannot connect to a wireless network.

    NOTES:

    • Each of these steps represents a possible solution if you cannot connect to a Wi-Fi® access point after pressing the Reset button and moving the Digital Paper System closer to a router. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity status of the Digital Paper System after completing each step.
    • Pressing the Reset button will not delete the documents and settings in the internal memory.
    1. Redo your Wi-Fi connection set-up.
      1. Turn Off the Wi-Fi function of the Digital Paper System.

        1. Press the Home_buttonHOME button and tap Settings
        2. Under Settings, select Wireless Network Settings.
        3. Tap Wi-Fi to uncheck the check box.
      2. Power reset the Digital Paper System.

        1. Press and hold the Power button for about 3 seconds.
        2. Tap Yes to turn off the Digital Paper System.
        3. Press the Power button again to turn on the Digital Paper System.
      3. Turn the Wi-Fi function back On.

        1. Press the Home_buttonHOME button and tap Settings.
        2. Under Settings, select Wireless Network Settings.
        3. Tap Wi-Fi to check the check box.
    2. Refresh the SSID.

      1. Press the Home_buttonHOME button and tap Settings.
      2. Under Settings, select Wireless Network Settings.
      3. Select the Wi-Fi network you were connected previously and want to connect again.
      4. Select Forget This Network.
      5. Re-enter password to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
    3. Reboot the router.
    4. Initialize the Digital Paper System.

      1. Press the Home_buttonHOME button.
      2. Tap Settings.
      3. Under Settings, select Initialization.
      4. Select Reset Device.

        NOTE: Since the initialization process will reset all settings, it is necessary to set up the network setting once again after Initialization is performed.
