When accessing the Berliner Philharmoniker Digital Concert Hall, an error code appears on the screen and it cannot be used. Try changing the setting by following the steps below:
- Press the HOME button on the AV Receiver to open the HOME menu.
- Select Settings.
- Under the Internet Services Settings category, select Parental Control Area Code.
- Make sure that USA (default) or Canada is selected.
- If the setting is changed to a setting other than USA or Canada, change it to USA (default).
