Unplug and plug the power cord into the AC outlet and then turn the Soundbar on

1. Press the (power) button on the soundbar or remote control to turn it off.

   

2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait for one minute.

   

3. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet firmly.
4. Press the (power) button on the soundbar or the remote control to turn the power on.

   

Can you hear sound from your Soundbar?

• Yes, my soundbar produces sound.
  • A temporary malfunction may have occurred.
• No, my soundbar doesn't produce any sound.
