You may experience an issue that prevents you from hearing the other party’s voice when your Xperia® phone is connected through the Bluetooth® car sound system or headphones during a call after installing Android™ 11.
Switch the phone’s sound output, and follow these instructions for a temporary resolution:
- Select the Sound checkbox on the screen of your Xperia phone during a call.
- Select Speaker on the sound switching screen that appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Sound checkbox on the phone screen again.
- Select the car sound system or headphones connected via Bluetooth on the sound switching screen that appears at the bottom of the screen.
