You can check the Xperia product model name (device name) using one of the following methods.
Settings menu
- Settings → About phone
- Settings → Support → Device overview → Model
Note: If you launch the Help guide by following the steps below, the model number and name are listed on the cover page.

Finding the model number and name when the device is off
- Warranty card: The model number and name are listed.
- Outer box: It is listed at the top left of the barcode label affixed to the top side of the outer box.
- Purchase statement: Please check if the model number and name are listed on the purchase statement from the time of purchase.
