Black screen, no picture, or intermittent picture on the INZONE gaming monitor

If there is a black screen, no picture, or intermittent picture when using your INZONE Gaming Monitor, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Use only high-speed cabling when connecting your devices
- USB Type C™ - Use Thunderbolt 4 (40 Gbps) cable.
- HDMI® - Use Certified Ultra High-Speed (48 Gbps) cable.
- If the DisplayPort (DP) setting is version 1.4, change it to 1.2
- Use the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to navigate to Settings → DP version number → 1.2.
- Make sure the ECO mode is disabled
- Use the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to navigate to Settings → ECO mode → OFF.
- AC power cycle the monitor
- Power off the monitor.
- Unplug the AC cord.
- Wait one minute and then reconnect the AC cord.
- Power on the monitor.
 Contact the Product Support team  if the troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue.
