Inclusive OOBE
OOBE stands for “out-of-box experience,” the experience of unboxing a product. Sony is constantly working to ensure that the experience of picking up our packaging and first using our products is an exciting one for all users.
Guide for QR
Sony Group strives to develop products and provide services that incorporate accessibility.
As part of these efforts, we have launched an initiative to make it easier for users to recognize a QR Code on the packaging of one of our audio products.
We are implementing “Guide for QR,” a set of indicators that allow users to identify the location of a QR Code.
Guide for QR makes it easier to access information on how to use the product.
If you wish to use Guide for QR, please read the following items carefully.
- Sony makes no guarantee that the use of Guide for QR does not infringe on any rights of third parties including patents, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, and trade secrets.
- Sony accepts no liability in the event that a dispute occurs with a third party regarding the infringement of rights.
- This document is subject to change without notice.
