>Step 1. Install the Be My Eyes app on your mobile device* and then create a free account, or log in to an existing account.
>Step 2. Open the app and tap the Service Directory menu icon at the bottom, and then tap the Continue button.
>Step 3. Select the option labeled Technical, and then choose Sony from the Service Directory list.
>Step 4. Tap the Call Sony button to connect with an agent.
