The INZONE H9 II headphones do not operate properly

    Check the following to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Reset the headphones.
      Note: Resetting the headphones doesn't delete the pairing information.
    • If the issue still persists, initialize the headphones.
      Note: Initialization returns the headphones to factory settings, and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted. Perform the Bluetooth® pairing again.
