WF-C710N: I can't use the earbuds; the charging case indicator repeatedly flashes orange 3 times

If the charging case flashes orange three times, repeating every 1.3 seconds, this means that the left (L) and right (R) earbuds are paired incorrectly. If this occurs, you may experience difficulties connecting to Bluetooth® or hearing any sound.

You can resolve this issue by initializing the earbuds to their factory settings. Refer to the Initializing the headset to restore factory settings page or Sony | Sound Connect app for instructions.

Note: After pressing the initialize button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds or more, release your finger within 5 seconds after the charging case's indicator starts flashing orange. The initialization is complete when the indicator flashes green 4 times. Do not touch the initialize button until the process is complete.
