    End of certain TV Guide (Program Guide) and display features on some BRAVIA TVs

    Dear Valued Sony Customer,

    Starting in late May 2026, the availability of certain TV Guide (Program Guide) and display features will end on 2023-2025 BRAVIA TVs.

    We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Changes related to the TV Guide

    • Antenna TV channels (ATSC):
      • Program information may not appear depending on the channel.
      • Only programs from recently watched channels may be shown.
      • Channel logos in the program guide will no longer be visible.
      • Thumbnails (images) in program descriptions will no longer be available.

    Changes related to the TV Menu

    • Set Top Box (STB) TV Menu:
      • The Set Top Box menu will be removed.
      • A Control menu will appear instead.
    • Program thumbnail display:
      • Thumbnails (images) will no longer appear.

    Affected models

    • 2025 models: BRAVIA 8 II (XR80M2), BRAVIA 5 (XR50)
    • 2024 models: BRAVIA 9 (XR90), BRAVIA 8 (XR80), BRAVIA 7 (XR70)
    • 2023 models: A95L series
