The audio device is not recognized by Music Center, or the connection attempt fails.
Make sure the audio device is compatible with Music Center, and then try the following:
- Tap
(Reload button) to refresh the screen.
If you are using iOS 13.0 or later, permit access to the Bluetooth from [Settings] - [Music Center] on the iPhone.
If you are using a network connection on iOS 14.0 or later, permit access to the Local Network from [Settings] - [Music Center] on the iPhone.
- Disconnect the BLUETOOTH connection on the smartphone, launch Music Center, and then establish a BLUETOOTH connection all over again.
- Restart the smartphone.
For details about restarting the smartphone, refer to the operating instructions of the smartphone. - Reset the audio device.
For details about resetting the audio device, refer to the operating instructions of the device.
If the audio device is powered through the AC power cord, unplug the cord from the AC outlet, wait for a while, and then plug it to the AC outlet once again. - Remove the pairing of the audio device from the smartphone, and then use Music Center to make a connection all over again.
See How to connect to your audio device for details. - Resume the factory default settings of the audio device or initialize the audio device once, and then use Music Center to make a connection all over again.
However, note that this sets all the settings you made on the audio device back to the factory default settings.
