Supported File Formats for DLNA® and USB Compatible Sony® TVs
You can enjoy video, audio and image files on your TV from USB or DLNA devices. See the chart below for supported file formats:
- Use the DLNA feature to access media files over your home network from other DLNA enabled devices, such as a PC or PlayStation®3 system.
- Enjoy media files from a USB device, such as a digital camera, MP3 player, or USB storage device, connected to the USB input on the TV.

- USB supported file systems are FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, and exFAT. Files larger than 4GB are only supported when using the exFAT file system.
- Not all files are guaranteed to play.

2: Supported for DCF2.0/Exif 2.21 (YCbCr 4:4:4 is not in this specification).
3: MPO file type is not supported.
4: This is a new format for Sony α-series cameras. A JPEG thumbnail image is incorporated in the .arw format and displayed when viewing on a TV.
