IMPORTANT: Software Update Available

    Dear Customer,

    Some VPL-VW5000ES Home Theater Projectors with system software version 4.404 may experience an issue where the projected image has a bluish tint. Depending on your personal setup, your projector may not experience the issue. To make sure you will not experience the issue, we recommend that you update your system software as soon as possible.
