    The drawer on the CD player keeps opening and will not stay closed.

    Follow this procedure to troubleshoot if the drawer on the CD player keeps opening and will not stay closed.

    1. Turn off the CD player.
    2. Unplug the power cord of the CD player from the AC outlet.
    3. Let the CD player set without power for 30 seconds.
    4. Plug the power cord back into the AC outlet.
    5. Attempt to close the drawer on the CD player.

    NOTE: If the issue is still unresolved after completing all of the troubleshooting steps, service will be required.
