If you own a Sony® Blu-ray Disc™ player

1. Type your Blu-ray player model name in the search box of the Sony support website home page
   
   If you do not know what your model number is, please check the sticker at the back of the Blu-ray player:
   (1) Model name
   (2) Serial number
   
2. Navigate to the Software & Downloads section and select the Firmware download button
3. Follow the instructions on the website to download the update over the internet or USB storage device.
