Check the following
The Electronic Program Guide (EPG) gives you an overview of the TV shows that are scheduled in a TV channel. Sometimes the EPG can have the following issues:
- The TV programs list cannot be displayed
- Blocked EPG list
- Certain EPG services are missing
What to look for
- It may sometimes take several minutes for the EPG to load. Wait a few more minutes, and then check again.
- Check with your service provider for permanent or new limitations to the EPG service.
- For TVs that get over the air broadcasting information to populate the Guide (X77L/S30/S20), do Channel Auto programming to reset the channels and Guide information
