Apple CarPlay doesn't display on my car stereo even after selecting the icon

If your car stereo doesn't switch to the Apple CarPlay® screen, the connection between your iPhone® and car stereo may have failed. If this happens, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Device Connection screen in the Settings menu.
2. Touch the (information) icon on the device screen, and then select Disconnect.
3. Touch the (information) icon again, and then select Connect to re-initiate the connection between your iPhone® and the car stereo.
