    Notice to update the Sony | Hearing Control app to version 3.3

    Sony | Hearing Control app* version 3.3 allows the CRE-E10, CRE-C10, and CRE-C20 self-fitting hearing aids to enhance mobile OS compatibility and elevate overall app performance.

    Supported systems

    • For Apple iOS: Version 17 and above
    • For Google Android: Version 13 and above

    Support and upgrade information

    Sony | Hearing Control App version 3.1 will remain usable for a period of 6 months following the release of app version 3.3.

    Please be aware that Sony will discontinue support for Sony | Hearing Control App version 3.1 by February 2027. After that date, version 3.1 will no longer function with your hearing aids.

    For continuous use of CRE-C10, CRE-E10, and CRE-C20 self-fitting hearing aids, Sony | Hearing control app version 3.3 must be installed.

    Note: Sony cannot support new technical, quality or security issues with our hearing aids caused by use with iOS versions below 17 or Android versions below 13.
    Some features may not be supported by certain devices.
