How to uninstall and reinstall the VAIO Care Premium Tools (by Avangate).

If the VAIO Care Premium Tools are not working correctly, or if the tools have been uninstalled and you want to reinstall them, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the VAIO Care application  using the Application Manager for VAIO software.
2. Download and install the VAIO Care application from the eSupport website. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
3. Re-activate the VAIO Care Premium Tools:
   1. Click the Start button, click All Programs, and then click VAIO Care.
   2. In the VAIO Care window, click Advanced Tools.
   3. In the Advanced Tools screen, click Premium Tools.
   4. In the VAIO Care Premium Tools window, enter the activation code you received in the email and click the Activate button.

   IMPORTANT: If you are unable to enter the activation code, or have lost or discarded the email containing the activation code, please contact Avangate Technologies directly for further assistance.
