If the VAIO Care Premium Tools are not working correctly, or if the tools have been uninstalled and you want to reinstall them, follow these steps:
- Uninstall the VAIO Care application using the Application Manager for VAIO software.
- Download and install the VAIO Care application from the eSupport website. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
- Re-activate the VAIO Care Premium Tools:
- Click the Start button, click All Programs, and then click VAIO Care.
- In the VAIO Care window, click Advanced Tools.
- In the Advanced Tools screen, click Premium Tools.
- In the VAIO Care Premium Tools window, enter the activation code you received in the email and click the Activate button.
