(Wired) Connection diagnosis results are displayed as OK, OK, Failed

After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:

    1. Physical Connection: OK
    2. Local Access: OK
    3. Internet Access: Failed

Follow the troubleshooting steps below. Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the network connection status after completing each step.

The TV may be connected to the local network but not to the internet.

    1. Make sure that the connection is active by disconnecting the Ethernet cable from the TV and attempting to access the internet using a computer or similar device.
    2. Reset all of the network equipment, such as your router or cable modem, by turning them off and unplugging them for two minutes. After turning them on again, wait for a few minutes until they are done initializing, and then confirm you can access the internet on your other devices (such as a smartphone or computer).
    3. Connect the power cords of the modem and the router.
    4. Reconnect the Ethernet cable to the TV and turn it on.
    5. Perform the connection diagnosis again.
