How to reset or initialize the LinkBuds Open (WF-L910)
Reset the LinkBuds Open
- Put the LinkBuds Open units into the charging case.
Note: Leave the charging case lid open.
- Press and hold the reset button on the back of the charging case for approximately 20 seconds or longer, until the indicator flashes orange.
- Continue holding the reset button until the charging indicator flashes orange for about five seconds and then turns off to indicate that the reset process is complete.
Note: Do not release your finger from the reset button on the charging case while the indicator is flashing orange. If you release your finger, the headphones will be initialized.
Note: The pairing information and other settings are retained.

Initialize the LinkBuds Open to restore the factory settings
IMPORTANT: The initialize operation resets all the device settings to the factory defaults and deletes all pairing information.
- Set the LinkBuds Open units into the charging case.
Note: Leave the charging case lid open.
- Press and hold the initialize button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds or more.
The indicator on the charging case repeatedly flashes blue twice in a row, and then the indicator flashes orange.
- Release your finger within 5 seconds after the indicator on the charging case starts flashing orange.
When the initializing is complete, the indicator on the charging case flashes green 4 times.
Note: If the indicator on the charging case does not flash green 4 times after performing step 3, the headphones have not been initialized. Try again from step 2.
Notes:
- To pair the headphones with a Bluetooth device, delete the pairing information from the smartphone's connected devices list and then perform the pairing again to reconnect to the smartphone.
- When the charging case's remaining battery charge is insufficient, the headphones will not start initializing. Charge the charging case.
