I can't connect my TV and BRAVIA Theatre U neckband speaker

Enjoy immersive audio from your TV with the BRAVIA Theatre U (HT-AN7) neckband speaker. This article will walk you through pairing and connecting your TV to the speaker using Bluetooth® for a seamless audio experience.

Before you connect

Make sure your TV supports the A2DP Bluetooth profiles for music playback. If so, you can connect the BRAVIA Theatre U (HT-AN7) to your TV via Bluetooth® and listen to the audio on the neckband speaker.

How to pair with your TV using Bluetooth

^* For the first time after purchase

While the neckband speaker is powered off, press and hold the (power) / (BLUETOOTH) button for about 2 seconds until you hear a notification sound. The power turns on, and the neckband speaker enters pairing mode. The (power) / (BLUETOOTH) indicator flashes twice in blue.

^* Do this if your neckband speaker has been initialized (pairing information has been erased).

How to pair additional TVs (if the neckband speaker has pairing information for other devices)

While the power is off, press and hold the (power) / (BLUETOOTH) button for about 5 seconds until you hear a notification sound, and the voice guidance says Pairing. The neckband speaker enters pairing mode, and the (power) / (BLUETOOTH) indicator flashes twice in blue.

Note: When you press and hold the (power) / (BLUETOOTH) button for about 2 seconds, you will hear a notification sound. Continue pressing the button to complete the pairing.

Connect the neckband speaker to your TV via Bluetooth

After pairing your devices, operate the TV to connect the neckband speaker via Bluetooth.

When the Bluetooth connection is complete, you will hear a notification sound from the neckband speaker, and the (power) / (BLUETOOTH) indicator will flash blue.

How to use two neckband speakers at the same time

To use the Speaker Add function, you need two BRAVIA Theatre U (HT-AN7) devices. Connect two neckband speakers via Bluetooth so two people can enjoy the same audio.
Note: To connect two neckband speakers, you need to connect one of the neckband speakers to a Bluetooth device.
