Portable speaker volume doesn't increase

The following situations may cause your portable speaker to output low volume even at the highest settings:

• The volume of a device connected to the AUDIO IN terminal of the speaker is set to low.
  • Turn up the volume of the connected device.
  Note: Some models don't have an AUDIO IN terminal. Check your manual for model-specific information. Manuals are posted on your model support page.  

• The portable speaker battery level is low. The charge indicator on the speaker flashes slowly in orange if the speaker battery level is low.
  • To resolve the issue, turn off the speaker and charge the battery.
    Note: The built-in battery may run low when you use the speaker at a loud volume for a long period of time, even if you connect it to an AC outlet. As a result, the sound becomes low.
