Dear Valued Sony Customer,
Starting in late October 2026, the availability of certain on-screen Program Guide (electronic program guide) and TV menu features will end on 2020-2023 BRAVIA TVs.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
TV guide changes
- Antenna TV channels (ATSC):
- Program information may not appear depending on the channel.
- Channel logos may not appear depending on the channel.
- Genre:
- The Genre tab will no longer appear.
TV menu changes
- Set Top Box (STB) TV Menu (All, Most watched, Genre tabs):
- Program information will no longer appear.
- Program preview images (thumbnails):
- Preview images for TV programs may no longer appear depending on the channel.
- Genre:
- The Genre tab will no longer appear.
Affected models
- 2023 models: A75L, A80CL, A80L, X90CL, X90L, X93L, and X95L series
- 2022 models: A80K, A90K, A95K, X80CK, X80K, X85K, X90CK, X90K, X95K, and Z9K series
- 2021 models: A80CJ, A80J, A90J, X79J, X80CJ, X80J, X85J, X90CJ, X90J, X91CJ, X92, X95J, and Z9J series
- 2020 models: X900H and X90CH series
