This Netflix® app feature will test your internet connection for any problems connecting to Netflix servers.
Note: Steps to navigate the menu system of your Android TV™ model may vary.
- Press the Netflix button on the supplied TV remote.
Note: If your remote does not have a Netflix button, press the Home button and then select Netflix from your Apps menu.
- If prompted, under Who's watching Netflix, select any profile to open the Netflix content.
- Press the Left arrow on the remote to navigate to the menu section.
- Use the Down arrow to scroll down and select Settings.
- From the Settings menu, select Get Help.
- Scroll down and select Check your network.
This test will provide results for connecting to the Netflix servers, your internet connection, and your connection speed.
