The headphone volume can't be adjusted (LinkBuds Fit, LinkBuds Open)
Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- Use the wide area tap function to adjust the volume.
Tap the headphones or around the ear quickly with an interval of about 0.2 seconds. The tap can be easily detected by performing a firm tap with a forefinger or using 2 fingers simultaneously.
Hint: The range in which the earbuds can detect tap operations is from around the tragus to the lower side and sideburn.
- To increase the volume: Tap the detection area in the Right side for 5 or more times.
- To decrease the volume: Tap the detection area on the Left side 5 or more times.

Use the Sony | Sound Connect app to adjust the volume.
To adjust the volume using the Sony | Sound Connect app, move the slide bar next to the speaker icon in the My Device tab.
