Bought this when my old Sony HT-CT60BT of 11 years packed in. At 5 times the wattage and 11 years of development since, I was expecting a significantly improved experience. However the new system is far inferior. The sound is dull and muffled, no better than my inbuilt tv speakers. The only time it comes alive is watching an action film and the sub woofer kicks in. My old system was far superior in clarity and connectivity - this new model does not even have an aux input so I can't plug in my turntable like I used to. Extremely disappointed.

It stopped turning on in 6 month's, and not worth the money it would cost to ship it for the warranty coverage. I basically spent $178 on trash. Very disappointing.

This is an excellent value product highly recommended sounds fantastic with rich deep bass sounds great value for the money.

Got it for almost a month now from Courts Megastore Tampines. This is my first ever soundbar. It was recommended to me by their sales staff and i was offered a PWP price even though i did not buy anything else. Setup was very easy using HDMI Arc. Bass was good. Surround sound was also good. For the price i paid around $369 which included Courts extra 2 years warranty, it was worth it.

Really great sound and so easy to install. Would recommend but the box is not small but as it is linked without wires, can be put anywhere in the room

This system gives adequate performance if you are not a Hifi buff. The controls are fairly basic, volume and bass but the bluetooth is a useful feature to play from phone or mp3 player. The voice button improves treble enabling clearer speach. Performance is reasonable for the money but don't expect concert hall performance.

Quality is exceptional for price. This sound system sounds great for all of my needs and expectations. After a year of owning, I notice the subwoofer cutting out periodically for short moments. Knowing it cuts out is my reason for 3 stars

Lousy warranty. Died 6 Months out of warranty sound bar died. All Sony would do is pay for 1/2 of the repair. I had to provide box., pay shpping and wait for repair estimate. It was hard to find a customer service phone number and they don't advertise their hours.

I just bought it this month and the sound system is perfect. I am happy with it.

Bought about a month ago. The digital display on sound bar speaker not functioning but sounds perfect.

I purchased this sound bar 3 months ago along with my sony 50” smart tv. While the bass is good for watching action films it is very disappointing for dramas trying to make out what people are saying. I have just finished watching Adolescence on Netflix and it was nearly impossible to make out episode 4. Very disappointed with purchase.

Did a lot of research on both Sony and Samsung TVs and Sound Bars. Since I have been a Sony guy for over 45 years, I obviously was leaning towards Sony. But after looking at all products and display and hearing the sound bar comparisons, I was convinced that the Sony was far superior. After the EASY set up we enjoyed the immersive viewing and sound. I bought last month,,,all the while i been wanted to buy 1 set of sound bar,,, so I bought Sony sound bar to try,, I am happy with it performance

Simplicity itself to set up and operate but why you do not include an HDMI cable with the product is baffling - it seems like penny pinching when dealing with such a quality product. Otherwise the purchase has been well-made and produces first class sound in my room.

Such an improvement to the tv sound, extremely please with this soundbar.

After being installed the blue tooth music skipped. You have to turn off the sound bars and then unplug it, wait for 1 minute and then plug it back in. That solved the problem.

I just bought the soundbar and it has great high and low response and amazing base. Also very clear and crisp sound.

so easy to set up. loved the sound and the wireless subwoofer is great ,really shakes the floor .

I was excited because it sounded so good on the display model. Got it home and not so much. No adjustments besides preset and bass volume. And everything we watch has a different sound level. Some have to be all the way up to hear it. Others on 15 setting. Would not recommend

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the ongoing issues I am facing with my soundbar. Despite multiple attempts, the soundbar remains constantly disconnected from the woofer, leading to persistent cracking sounds I have tried troubleshooting on my end without success, and this recurring problem is causing significant frustration

Less than 3 months I face problem with the unit , not only I can’t find a human customer service that can handle , your what apps agent make me wait for days with promises made but to no avail

I bought this to replace my old Yamaha YAS-207. The Yamaha soundbar was great quality, but the bluetooth pairing would fail with the Subwoofer 1 out of every 8-10 starts and this drove me crazy, so I sold it. I bought this Sony soundbar from the Sony rep at John Lewis in Bristol after he gave me a quick demo in store. I was very impressed at the quality for the price. Once I got it home and used it for a few weeks, the bluetooth pairing was lighting fast both with the subwoofer and my iPhone and iPad. After this experience, I would only go for Sony soundbars in future.

This sony soundbar has a good sound quality overall but is a bit too bassy, and can get noisy easily, especially in a small room. The setup was very easy. The subwoofer is the best part of this set, if placed correctly it has amazing quality. I would recommend it more for tv than for music.

I recently purchased a lower priced Sony Model to complement my Sony Bravia TV. Together, I have a great TV and better audio. If you don't want to spend the extra on a high end sound bar. I recommend this unit.

I bought this as a replacement for a less expensive sound bar from another manufacturer and there is simply no comparison.

I am happy with the soundbar. Very easy to setup and use.

Purchased today set up was a doddle and the sound is crystal clear Sony products are top class

I Love the sound depth and ease of connectivity with Smart Tv even from different brands. The Sound bass is abit low for a music listener. Aside from that the aesthetic value is good for home decor.

Serve the purpose, basic need, much better than original sound from TV
