Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
- Check to verify if the protective sheet attached to the remote control has been removed.
- Verify if the new set of CR2025 lithium battery has been installed correctly.
- Check to confirm that the remote control is facing the remote sensor located in front of the digital photo frame.
The troubleshooting steps listed above should resolve your issue. If you have completed all of the steps and the issue is not resolved, service may be required.
